Our property managers are CPM's (Certified Property Manager). We manage every property from an owner's perspective and our goal is to produce the highest return over the life of the asset. We strive to optimize the investment of our clients by increasing income, decreasing expenses whenever possible, and maintaining the asset in its optimal physical condition. This is why our clients have a long-standing relationship with our firm. They are very pleased with the results that we produce for them over the years. 

Couture Brokerage team will perform weekly in-depth property visits.  These visits will include inspection of the exterior and interior of the property, necessary meetings and communications with vendors.  We will keep the inspection checklist of each visit, which will be available for your review upon request.  

Couture Brokerage uses the state-of-the-art accounting and property management software. We keep track of all pertinent lease information along with having the structure to handle a full financial record keeping along with preparing the financial package of reports; it gives the property managers more time to dedicate to the properties.  Weekly written property inspections are required for each property that Couture Brokerage manages.  Along with that commitment, the team of Couture Brokerage strives for the utmost satisfaction with each every tenant and tenant retention is always in the forefront of every decision.

Each member of our management staff brings a wealth of skills to his or her position within the company. Whether it is working with the owner's representative to form a strategic plan for the property, preparing an annual operating budget, supervising tenant finish construction, or responding to tenant inquiries, we constantly strive to represent our clients effectively and professionally. We go beyond the traditional definition of property management to ensure that the needs of our clients, property owners and building tenants are met in a timely manner. Our on-call service is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
